Another wonderful Winter Youth Conference!! Thankful for the love and support of these other churches who work with us to put on this annual event. Next year, Sutton Free Will Baptist will be hosting. Already looking forward to it!

We are so excited for the 2nd Annual Winter Youth Conference! This year, FBC Pocahontas will be hosting the services and providing dinner both nights. We are grateful for the support and fellowship with other churches in our area. Last year, First FWB Church, COGOP, and a few other local youth groups joined us. Jump in with us this year!

ISO Youth!

Here at Shannon Baptist, our children and youth ministries are fixated on training young disciples to know and cherish Jesus Christ. Sure, we have all kinds of fun events for our kids: Truth&Grace Kids on Wednesday nights during the school year, church camps, Winter Youth Conferences, Back to School Pool Parties, and much more. But above all, we want our students to know what it means to be a follower of Christ. We want to equip them to share their faith with others. Our primary goal is to help cultivate an enduring faith within our young people– a faith that will carry them through all the twists and turns of life.

If you are looking for a church that is intent on making Christ known, look no further. Our mission at Shannon Baptist is the same for our children's ministries, our LYFE Group, and all the way up through our adult Bible studies and Sunday worship service: to proclaim the gospel of Jesus and to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
