ICY is a nonprofit, religious organization dedicated to the restoration of the original doctrines of the Apostolic assembly.

ICY follows the practice of the New Testament assemblies who kept the Law of the Old Testament. The true assembly is built on the foundation of the apostles’ and the prophets’ (Eph. 2:20) message of obedience to Yahweh’s Law (Isa. 8:20; Jer. 26:4-6; Ezk. 20:19). Our major doctrines include the name of the Creator, Yahweh, and His Son, Yahshua. Only these names are to be used in worship rather than

such names as Jesus, God, Lord, Jehovah, etc. Ample Scriptural and historical evidence support this belief; not the least of which is the commandment against taking the name of Yahweh in vain (Ex. 20:7). ICY also teaches the restored truth that the weekly seventh-day Sabbath is from dawn-to-dark. It is NOT from sunset-to-sunset as commonly taught. Yahweh’s true Holy Days and New Moons are to be observed as well. Another major fundamental belief is the atoning sacrifice of the Messiah Yahshua.

LOOKING AHEAD TO AN ANNUAL SABBATH

September 11, 2026 New Moon

SABBATHS THOUGHTS: NEW MOON # 7

CALLED: "Feast of Shoutings (Trumpets)", is an
annual Sabbath (Lev. 23:24).

7th NEW MOON OF THE YEAR
Often called “Trumpets,” this is the only set New
Moon Sabbath of the year: “...In the seventh month,
on the first day of the month, you shall have a Sabbath,
a memorial of a shout, or blast of Joy, “shout of Joy”,
“Rejoicing”, an Holy Convocation . You shall do no servile
work therein...” (Lev. 23:24-25)

BEGINS “MONTH OF SABBATHS”
The 7th month has the most solar-lunar Sabbaths: New
Moon, Pre-Atonements, Atonements, Feast of Tabernacles
(15th), Last Great Day (22nd).

A SIGN OF SANCTIFICATION:
As an annual Sabbath, the Feast of Shoutings/Trumpets
is a sign of sanctification. (Ex. 31:13; Ezk.20:12,20)

FREEWILL OFFERINGS GIVEN ON NEW MOONS:
Give Freewill offerings (Deut. 12:5-6.) and recall Malachi’s
warning: “...Yet you have robbed Me...In tithes and offerings.
You are cursed with a curse: for you have robbed Me,…even
this whole nation.” (Mal. 3:8-9).

NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH KEPT:
The New Testament churches observed New Moons: “Let no
man...judge you in respect of an Holyday, or of the New
Moon.. ” (Col. 2:16; Note: The Law judges us Rom. 2:12)

THE PROPHETS SHOW NEW MOONS ARE DAYS OF WORSHIP:
“…from one New Moon to another, and from one Sabbath to
another, shall all flesh come to worship before Me, saith Yahweh.”
(Isa. 66:23; also Ezk.46:3)

THE MESSIAH’S SECOND COMING IS NOT ON SHOUTINGS:
How do we know? “But of that day and hour knows no man,…not
the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” (Matt. 24:36). This ex-
cludes the 7th New Moon, a precisely known day. Indications are it
will be during the Feast of Weeks, NEAR the 2nd Passover (14th of

SABBATH THOUGHTS: SEVENTH vs. FIRST DAY

MORE THAN A RELIGIOUS EXERCISE:
The right day matters, because it is a natural law, like
the law of gravity....it will not, it cannot go away.

Here is the decree:
"And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one
tittle of the Law to fail." (Lk. 16:17)

THE LAW:
“Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy...the
Seventh Day is the Sabbath of Yahweh your Elohim: in it
you shall do no work….Yahweh blessed the Sabbath Day
and hallowed it.” (Ex.29:10,11)

THE NEW TESTAMENT DOES NOT TEACH SUNDAY WORSHIP!
Two Common Christian 7th-day Sabbath Mistakes:
(1). The 7th Day Sabbath Law was done away; nailed to the Cross.
Fact: No Laws were nailed to the Cross.
Fact: Two things were nailed to the Cross. The Messiah and a Certificate of Indebtedness for Sins; What we owe (Col. 2:14; Greek for “handwriting” [KJV] is “cheirographon”: “a note, certificate of indebt-edness”)
Fact: Heb. 9:22: “...without the shedding of blood there is no remission.”

(2). The 7th Day Sabbath was changed to Sunday.
Fact: The earliest known Sunday law in history is the decree in 321 A.D. of Constantine: “On the venerable day of the sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest,...let all workshops be closed....”
(Codex Justinianus, lib.3, tit. 12,3; trans. From "History of the Christian Church", Philip Schaff, 1902, Vol. 3, p. 380).
Fact: The phrase, “first day of the week”, mentioned eight times in the N. T. gives not the slightest hint that Sunday worship replaces the 7th Day Sabbath.

SABBATH QUESTIONS:
A work written 300 years after the cross, records: “Question: Which is the Sabbath Day? Answer: Saturday is the Sabbath day.
Question: Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? Answer: We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church, in the Council of Laodicea(A.D. 336),
transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.”

SABBATH THOUGHTS: THE “GRACE” DOCTRINE

TURNING GRACE INTO LAWLESSNESS:
“…there are certain men crept in unawares, who
were before ordained to this condemnation,
ungodly men, turning the Grace of….Elohim, into
lasciviousness [lawless, licentious]...” (Jude 4)

WHAT IS GRACE? Mercy, Pardon

WHEN DO WE GET GRACE?
“...Repent [quit sinning], and be baptized...in the
name of Yahshua, for the remission of sins]...”
(Acts 2:38)
“Repent…therefore, and be Converted [change
our ways], that your sin may be blotted out...”
[pardoned; grace applied] (Act. 3:19)
“Being justified..by His Grace through…redemption
that is In Messiah Yahshua [His sacrifice]...to declare
His Righteousness for the Remission of Sins that are
PAST...” (not for future unrepentant sins.. (Rom. 3:25)

HOW DO WE KEEP IT?
“Are we to continue in sin that grace might increase?
May it never be!” (Rom 6:1-2)
“As Sin has reigned unto death, even so might Grace reign
[how?] through Righteousness ).” (Rom. 5:21)
“For if we Sin willfully after that we have received the
knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice
for sins...” (Heb. 10:26-27,29)

WHAT IS SIN?
“...for Sin is transgression of the Law.” (I Jn. 3:4)

GRACE IS NOT FREE: SOMEONE MUST PAY
“...without the shedding of blood there is no remission...
For the Messiah...has appeared to put away sin by the
Sacrifice of Himself...” (Heb. 9:22, 24, 26).”
Grace granted just means someone other than the guilty
party pays the penalty! BUT Someone has to pay.

NEW MOON #5: RAIN IN DUE SEASON...OR NOT
By the Numbers:
6th year of 7-year cycle, 48th year of 50-year Jubilee cycle

“Blow at new moon a shofar...” (Psa. 81:3)

A GREAT MONTHLY “RESET”:
The New Moons are a "reset" to restart our lives;
a new beginning each New Moon
(blow shofar, offerings, worship time, repentance).

BLESSINGS: Rain in Due Season
"And it will come to pass, if you will hearken to the
voice of Yahweh your Elohim, to observe and DO
ALL his commandments [including
New Moons: Isa. 66:23; Ezk. 46:3]...
Then Yahweh shall open to you his good treasure,
the heaven to give the rain in his season...”
(Deut. 28:1,12).

OR NOT:
"But...if you will not hearken to...Yahweh...to observe
to do all his commandments and statutes...Yahweh
will make the rain of your land powder and dust...”
(Deut. 28:15,24)."
More Curses
“I also…will even appoint over you terror, consumption,
and...sorrow of heart...And I will break the pride of your
power;...I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth
as brass. And your strength shall be spent in vain...”
(Lev. 26:16,19,20)

No Special Relationship...Unless
We cannot have a special relationship with Yahweh while
ignoring his appointed times of New Moons and Holy Days...
no matter how we may feel in our heart or how well things
may be going in our life. (See Jer. 17:9)

MERCIFUL CREATOR: ANGER WILL NOT LAST FOREVER
“When you are in tribulation, and these things are come
upon you, even in the later days, if you turn to Yahweh
your Elohim, and shall be obedient to His voice;
(For Yahweh your Elohim IS A MERCIFUL Elohim) He will not
forsake you, neither destroy you, nor forget the covenant
of your fathers which He swore to them.
For ask now of the days that are past,…since Elohim created
man upon the Earth, and ask from the one side of heaven
to the other, whether there has been such thing as this
great thing is, or has been heard like it?” (Deut. 4:30-32)

REALITY:
Yahweh, though merciful and full of lovingkindness, deals
in the hard reality of natural unbendable Laws; not woke
fantasy, science fiction, political correctness, nor group think.
His commandments are the perfect Law of Liberty
(Jam. 1:25).
The New Moon celebration is an important part of those
commandments (Isa. 1:14; 66:23; Col. 2:16,17).

OUR CALL:
It is our choice...For Blessings or Cursings.
“I call Heaven and Earth to record this day [of the
New Moon]...that I have set before your Life and Death,
Blessing and Cursing: therefore Choose Life, that Both
you and your seed may Live.

SABBATH THOUGHTS: FORGIVENESS WORKS BOTH WAYS

FORGIVEN AS WE FORGIVE:
“Forgive us our debts, AS we forgive our debtors...””
(Matt. 6:12)
“For IF you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly
Father will also forgive you:
But IF you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will
you Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matt. 6:14,15).

SEVEN TIMES FORGIVENESS:
“If your brother trespass against you, rebuke him; and if he
Repent, Forgive Him and if he trespass against you seven
times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to you,
saying, I Repent; you shall Forgive him.” (Lk. 17:3-4)

FORGIVING A DEBT: WHO PAYS?
Is payment required when a debt is made? Yes. Why? Because
an unpaid debt is stealing, getting something without paying for
it; doing without being accountable: “Thou shalt not steal.”
(Ex. 20:15)
Forgiving the debt means either the person pays his debt; OR the
one he owes pays the debt for him. That is, the creditor absorbs
the loss. Someone must pay, and when payment is made, the debt
is forgiven.
By law, forgiveness requires an atonement, a payment: “...the
priest shall make an atonement for him as concerning his sin,
and it shall be forgiven him.” (Lev. 4:26; also 4:20,31,35; Guilty pays)

THE PRIEST WHO NOW MAKES ATONEMENT:
“...We have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us...go boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain grace,...mercy, and Find grace to help in time of need.” (Heb. 4:14-16).

THE COMFORTING THOUGHT:
IF “...we Confess our Sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our
sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
(I Jn. 1:9).

SABBATH THOUGHTS: NEW BEGINNINGS
Every Tomorrow is Blank Page...

BE WORD WISE:
“For by your Words you are justified and by your Words
your are condemned.” (Matt. 12:37)
Yesterday cannot be rewritten, but we can Write and
Speak our Tomorrow...Today.

LIFE BRINGS HOPE:
"At the lowest ebb is the turn of the tide." At that lowest
point never lose hope, wait just a little longer.
Because you can....

SPEAK INTO EXISTENCE THE FUTURE YOU WANT:
Really? Yes. Instead of speaking things as they are:
“...Calling [speaking] those things which are not AS
THOUGH THEY WERE.” (Rom. 4:17). Remember that
every creation in Gen. 1, was FIRST SPOKEN!!

HOW TO INCREASE YOUR FAITH:
“...Faith comes by Hearing, and Hearing by the Word of
Yahweh.” (Rom. 11:1).
Hear the Future You Want Spoken, and Faith increases.
Speak it, not just Think it. May have to speak it...many times!
“ ...shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that
those things which he SAITH shall come to pass: he shall have
whatsoever he SAITH.” (Mk. 11:23).

SPEAK AND TRUST:
“Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,...In all... ways acknowledge
Him, and He Will direct your paths.“ (Prv. 3:5-6)
“Delight...in Yahweh; and He Will give you the desires of your
Heart.” (Psa. 37:4; See also Psa. 37:4,5)

SOMETIMES WAITING IS PART OF THE PROCESS:
"They that wait upon Yahweh shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they run and not
be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." (Isa. 40:31)

SABBATH THOUGHTS: KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY
ANYONE CAN RISE ABOVE POVERTY!

THE RIGHT KNOWLEDGE LIBERATES

FROM SLAVERY TO GREATNESS:
Born into slavery, American scientist George Washington Carver
rose above it to invent more than 300 uses for the peanut! In the
process he revolutionized agriculture along the way. A true
trailblazer, Carver proved anything is possible, if you keep trying.
“impossible” does not mean it cannot be done. It just means
no one has done it YET!

IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS:
“My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge: because you
have rejected Knowledge, I will also reject your....seeing you have
forgotten the Law of Your Mighty One...” (Hos. 4:6)

THE WISE HEAR, RECEIVE KNOWLEDGE:
“A Wise man will hear, and will Increase Learning; and a man of
understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:...” (Prv. 1:5)
“...when the Wise is instructed, he Receives knowledge.”
(Prv. 21:11)
“Yes, if you cry after Knowledge,...if you seek her...then shall you
understand the Fear of Yahweh, and find the Knowledge of Elohim.”
(Prv. 2:3-5)

HAVE A DREAM:

SABBATH THOUGHTS: FINISH THE RACE!

Run With Patience:
“...let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which does
so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race
that is set before us.” (Heb. 12:1)
“Know you not that they which run in a race run all, but
one receives the prize. So run, that you may obtain.”
(I Cor. 9:24)

FEAR NOT:
“Fear you not; for I am with You: be not dismayed: for I am your
Elohim:
I will Strengthen you; Yes, I Will help you; Yes, I will uphold you
with the Right hand of my righteousness.” (Isa. 41:10)

NOT JUST TO THE SWIFT:
“...I saw under the Sun, that the Race is not to the swift....”
(Ecl. 9:11)
“No man is ever whipped until he quits,--in his own mind....
with Persistence you will win.” (Napoleon Hill)

Sooner or later the one who wins is the one who thinks
he can.
And the team that most often wins is not the one that Wants
to win, but the one that Expects to win!

IN THE GOOD TIMES AND THE BAD:
"...but in Everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving
let your requests be made known to Yahweh." (Philp.4:6)

FAINT NOT:
“And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we
shall reap if we faint not.” (Gal. 6:9).

SABBATH THOUGHTS: ANOTHER GOSPEL

THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL
“…many shall come in my name,...and shall deceive
many…” (Matt. 24:5)
About 50,000 Bible-professing groups teach a gospel.
How will these “deceive many”?
Here’s How. By preaching the “prosperity gospel” ---that
“God wants you to be rich.”

Why Is this Gospel Effective?
The Power and Influence of Money is mistaken for righteousness.
“For a root of all the evils is the love of money, which certain
longing for did go astray from the faith...” (1 Tim. 6:10)
“And the deceitfulness of riches choke the Word....” (Matt.13:22)
“...men of corrupt minds,...destitute of the Truth, supposing
that gain is godliness: from such withdraw yourself.” (I Tim.6:5)

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can
carry nothing out.” (1 Tim. 6:7)

What Satan Used in Tempting Yahshua:
“...the Devil, taking Him up into an high mountain, showed to
Him all the kingdoms of the world...and said, ..ALL this POWER
will I give you, and the GLORY of them...If you...will worship me,
all this shall be Yours.” (Lk. 4:5-7)

Get this: Satan is STILL USING THIS to Tempt People:
It’s now called “the Prosperity Gospel”.
Churches and their leaders become filthy rich in cash, real estate,
businesses, ranches, etc., by spreading “another gospel” of false
tithing on money. The Bible is their “get-rich-quick” scheme.

Yahshua’s Final Caution on the Matter of Gain:
“...Yahshua said,...If any man will come after Me, let him deny
himself, ...For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole
world, and lose his own Soul? or what shall a man give in
exchange for his soul?” (Matt. 16:24-26)
