The Pharisees were outraged when Jesus healed a man on the Sabbath because it defied the strict rules they had put in place. Jesus revealed that He is Lord of all and taught that following rules isn’t enough to be right with God.

Weekend Recap: Jesus Demonstrates His Power

Jesus and His disciples were caught in a storm while on a boat. As the boat filled with water, Jesus slept. The disciples woke Him, fearing for their lives. Jesus rebuked their lack of faith, calmed the storm and left them amazed.

Bring your preschooler or toddler for a Valentine-themed morning playdate! Little ones will enjoy sensory play stations, craft activities, and a special story and music time designed just for them. It’s the perfect chance for kids to explore, create, and play in a warm, welcoming environment. While they play, relax and enjoy a coffee from a coffee bar just for you.

🔔 Registration is needed to ensure an accurate count of activities—and, most importantly, enough coffee for everyone! Cost is $7 per family.

Night to Shine is an unforgettable worldwide celebration event, centered on God's love, honoring and valuing people with special needs. NorthRidge Church is excited to be a host for 2026. This is for guests 14 and older.

We are in search of some people to join our shoe shining room at our upcoming event. If you would be interested, we'd love to have you join our volunteer team. There are also other options to serve as well.

Weekend Recap: The Disciples Follow Jesus

John the Baptist identified Jesus as the Lamb of God. Two of John’s followers, including Andrew, followed Jesus. Andrew then told his brother, Simon (whom Jesus renamed Peter), about the Messiah. Jesus later called Philip, who in turn invited Nathanael to meet Jesus. Though unsure at first, Nathanael recognized Jesus as the Son of God. Jesus continued to gather 12 disciples from diverse backgrounds. These men witnessed His teachings, miracles and ministry.

Weekend Recap: Jesus' Baptism and Temptation

John the Baptist was sent to prepare the way for the Messiah. When Jesus asked to be baptized by him, John hesitated. But Jesus explained it was part of God's plan. After Jesus' baptism, the Spirit of God descended on Him, and a voice from heaven declared
Him as God's beloved Son. John later identified Jesus as the Lamb of God, the One who would take away the sin of the world. Jesus then resisted temptation in the wilderness before starting His ministry.

A New Space Just for Your Young 5! ✨

We’ve created a special environment designed specifically for our 5-year-olds who aren't yet in Kindergarten. Starting January 4, we invite your child to join us in their very own dedicated space!

The Details:
Morning Services (9:16 & 11:16 AM): Meet us in our new home, Room 1219!

Saturday Evening Service (5:16 PM): We will continue to meet in Room 1223.

This new classroom is a wonderful stepping stone before they officially promote to Kindergarten in June. We can’t wait to welcome your family this Sunday!
