OLGC is thrilled to have Chris Vander Woude, son of Tom Vander Woude, come to our parish on Wednesday September 23rd after the 6pm Mass in the Social Hall. Chris will share the extraordinary witness of his father who died saving his youngest son's life 18 years ago. Listen to this powerful and extraordinary story of love and sacrifice as Tom's cause for canonization is explored. A group of Catholics is working with the Diocese of Arlington, Virginia, to open the cause for sainthood for Tom Vander Woude, who gave his life for his son.

Congratulations to our Catholic League Federal Division Softball Champions, OLGC Green!After a season filled with hard work, determination, and teamwork, the team delivered when it mattered most and captured the Catholic League Championship. Their commitment to one another, strong veteran leadership, a youth infusion and never-give-up attitude were on full display throughout the season and especially in the championship game.
Congratulations to the players, coaches, families, and everyone who supported the team along the way. A tremendous accomplishment and a season to be proud of. Catholic League Champions — well deserved!
