Inscape Chamber Orchestra Concert:
On Saturday, May 2 at 5:00 pm in the Sanctuary, members of the Inscape Chamber Orchestra, a GRAMMY-nominated ensemble from Washington, DC, will perform a chamber recital of works of Villa-Lobos, Schmitt, Elgar, Mozart and Schoenfeld. All are welcome and a free-will donation will be accepted for this performance.
The musicians will include: Susanna Loewy - flute, Patrick Lin- violin, Henry Lin - cello, and Alfonso Hernandez - piano.
Founded in 2004, and based in Washington, D.C. by Artistic Director Richard Scerbo, INSCAPE Chamber Orchestra is pushing the boundaries of classical music with riveting performances that reach across genres and generations, and transcend the confines of the traditional classical concert experience.
