And the second was like unto the first - a glorious second rehearsal with even more singers (41 by my count, and still not everyone back from summer)!

But it's not just the numbers. Though they've been nice, these people sing, and sing well. I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it is to rehearse them.

I'm really looking forward to this year!!!

Outstanding opening rehearsal last night! A great turnout, and we jumped right into midseason working form. I can't wait to see what this season brings!

Special kudos to the tenors, who were at 100% attendance last night! And the altos may have been - we have a couple of singers still on the fence there.

A big rehearsal tonight - we'll be prepping Good Friday and Easter music in great detail. And this newsflash: Let's take next Wednesday off. I think we're good to get our post-Easter schedule ready without that rehearsal.
