Thank you to everyone who came for our dessert auction today. We had a great auctioneer, lots of good natured bidding, and raised $1200 for the Sheboygan Area School District's McKinney-Vento progam which provides support for students experiencing housing instability.

We have lots of people to thank:
Nicki Schumacher who shared the mission moment about the McKinney-Vento Program
Our excellent auctioneer, Carter Pahl, who encouraged the friendly bid wars
The members who donated the 9 amazing desserts
And those who bid on and purchased the items

During our Palm Sunday service tomorrow for our Mission Moment, we will be highlighting the Sheboygan Area School District's Mckinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, which ensures that children and youth experiencing homelessness have the same opportunity to be successful in school as their housed peers. To support them, we will be having a special auction segment called "Uplifting Confections and Community", where we'll have homemade confections, including cakes, bars, tortes, and cookies, to bid on. All proceeds will go directly to the SASD's program. We hope to see you there!

Please join us tomorrow, March 29th, for our TWELFTH Annual Palm Sunday Donkey Walk! We will meet in the parking lot at Lakeland University at 8:00 AM and walk to church together waving palms and following a donkey...or two.

Refreshments for a fellowship time will be provided by the Consistory in the Fellowship Hall at church following the walk. All ages are invited and encouraged to participate!
