Hi Special Needs Families,

We are so excited to introduce the newest member of our Special Needs Ministry team—Cara Ropp!

Cara brings an incredible gift for organization, thoughtful planning, and creating systems that help people feel cared for and supported. Even more importantly, she has a genuine love for people, a deep heart for families, and a passion for serving the Lord. She loves our church, believes deeply in our mission, and is committed to walking alongside our special needs families and the amazing volunteers who make this ministry possible.

When she's not at church, Cara enjoys rescuing and rehabilitating animals—a beautiful reflection of her compassionate heart and her desire to care.

We are so thankful that God has brought Cara to our team, and we know she will be an incredible blessing to our ministry and community.
