Attention Brother Knights - Knight Breakfast Help

Throughout the year the Plymouth Knights continue to help serve coffee and doughnuts after Sunday masses at Our Lady of Good Council and St. Kenneth parishes. Consider volunteering for this fun, social event! It's a great opportunity to get to know your Brother Knights and other parishioners better while giving back to your church and community, (you may even meet a fellow Catholic brother interested in joining our council.) Just don't forget to put a doughnut aside to save for our priests!
Watch for GK Mike D's email updates for the next dates and times.

Fr. Renaud Council 3292 - Best Lenten Friday Fish & Chips in Town
Many hungry patrons returning for our Lenten Friday Fish Fries seem to agree: "The Plymouth Knights have the best fish & chips in town!" Join your family and friends every Friday during Lent to dine in our upstairs hall, or get a meal to-go and take it home. Choose from our classic fried fish, baked fish, fried shrimp, or mac & cheese dinners. Served with your choice of a side of fries or baked potato. Each meal also includes coleslaw and a roll. Coffee and juice are provided when dining in, or enjoy a drink from our cash bar–beer, wine & cocktails. Come to the Plymouth Knights Hall and experience our delicious Lenten dinners everyone's talking about! Brother Knights interested in helping out for this event can contact GK Mike D.

Fr. Renaud Council supports a number of local charities including Special Olympics of Michigan, Opportunity House of Plymouth, Miracle League of Plymouth, American Legion, Veterans Coat Drive, and a number of local crisis pregnancy centers to name a few.

Essentially you purchase a $20 ticket of music downloads and a sweepstakes ticket with 8 randomly drawn seedings for the basketball tournament, 2 from each region. Once the teams are seeded prior to the start of the tournament, those become your teams for the sweepstakes. Cash prizes are awarded based on total points scored at the end of the tournament (details in the attached brochure).

The link to our Hoops Mania charity website has been established as follows:

-- Your eTickets website:
https://www.charitymania.com/give/YG03F

In addition to purchasing an e ticket, it would also be great if you could share this link with your contacts to help us achieve our goal.

Our fundraising goal is $4000 which means we need to sell close to 300 tickets.

Knights of Columbus Fr. Renaud Council #3292 is raising money with the HoopsMania fundraiser! Show your support by purchasing a ticket and also get a chance to win $1000’s in prize money!

Great article as we start the new year!

The beginning of a new year is an excellent time to surrender distracting attachments and seek interior renewal, explains Supreme Chaplain Archbishop William Lori in his recent column for Columbia. Everyone has an “internal bucket” — a place that holds thoughts and emotions — that requires regular upkeep. “Emptying and filling our interior buckets is hard work,” he writes. “It can’t be done without the Holy Spirit, who enables us to heed Jesus’ invitation: ‘Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest’ (Mt 11:28).”

Meet “Mack the Knight” - the Scarecrow Voted Outstanding in His Field

Our Knights of Columbus Council #3292 scarecrow, “Mack the Knight,” proudly greets fall friends in Kellogg Park welcoming Autumn 2025 for Downtown Plymouth’s annual Scarecrow in the Park event. Designed again this year by the Women’s Auxiliary, he’ll be standing guard among 100 other scarecrows created by Plymouth businesses and non-profit organizations. He’s another reminder of the K of C’s involvement supporting our local community. Stop by and get your picture with “Mack” now through November 2nd.
