It’s a big question. A heavy one. But also an incredibly hopeful one.

This past Sunday, we wrapped up our series on the Gospels by looking at the cross, the empty tomb, and the mission Jesus gave us because of both.

The story of Jesus doesn’t end with the resurrection—it continues through us.

Before He ascended, Jesus gave His followers one clear mission:
“Go and make disciples…” (Matthew 28:19)

Not just pastors.
Not just adults.
Not just the “super spiritual.”
All of us.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to be willing to let your life point to Him.

Maybe it’s a conversation.
Maybe it’s an invitation.
Maybe it’s simply loving someone well enough that they start asking questions about the hope you have.

Has your life ever helped someone take a step toward Jesus?
And what would it look like if that answer started changing this week?

The tomb is still empty.
Jesus is still moving.
And He still sends His people to carry His hope into the world.

Last week in student ministry, we talked about how easy it is to forget what God has already done when we’re facing something hard right now.

The disciples had just seen Jesus feed 5,000 people… and yet, in the very next storm, they panicked like He’d never come through before.

Sound familiar?

We challenged students to make a simple “Remember List” this week:
• Write down 2–3 ways God has been faithful in your life
• Write down one current fear or storm you’re facing

Then ask yourself:
What would change if you remembered more than you feared?

Don’t let fear be louder than your memories of God’s faithfulness.

🚨 Student Ministry is BACK this Sunday! 🚨

We’re kicking things off this Sunday at 7:00 PM with a brand new series that’s all about going deeper into the Bible and fixing our eyes on Jesus—His life, His teachings, and why His story still changes everything today. 📖✨

This isn’t just another series… it’s a chance to really dig in, ask questions, grow in faith, and discover who Jesus truly is.

👥 Bring a friend

Student Ministry Update ❄️
Due to the extreme temperatures, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel student ministry tonight. The safety of our students and volunteers is always our top priority, and we want everyone to stay safe and warm.

We’ll miss being together, but we can’t wait to see you next week for our Christmas party 🎄✨

Thank you for your understanding and grace—stay safe and know you’re loved!!

What a weekend at Laurelville Mud Weekend! 🌧️❄️
Our students showed up with hearts wide open, and God moved in such a powerful way. Between the mud, the snow, the laughter, and the late-night conversations, memories were made that we’ll be talking about for a long time.

But even more important than the fun—lives were changed. Students worshiped boldly, built deeper friendships, and experienced the presence of Jesus in real and personal ways. Weekends like this remind us why we do what we do: to help the next generation encounter Christ and grow in community.

We’re grateful, we’re exhausted, and we’re already excited for the next one.
God is so good. 🙌
