We give thanks to God for the life of Roger Kunkee, whom the Lord has now gathered into His eternal care.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. First Lutheran Church, Plattsmouth. Live Stream will be provided by Brian P. Harvey Funeral Home https://www.facebook.com/harveyfuneralhome
A committal service will take place at a later date in McCook, Nebraska.
As we remember Roger, we hold close the words of Scripture:
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.— Ephesians 2:8-9
Please keep Roger’s family and loved ones in your prayers as they grieve his passing and give thanks for his life.

We give thanks for the life of Alyce Combs who entered her eternal rest on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. First Lutheran Church, Plattsmouth with Rev. Ryan Maser and Rev. Justin Hildebrand officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Plattsmouth. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
As we commend Alyce to the mercy and promises of Christ, we hold fast to the hope given in God’s Word — Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live. (John 11:25)
