📖 **NEW SERMON SERIES — EKKLESIA**

The Church Jesus Builds

What did Jesus really mean when He said, "I will build My church?"

Over the next several weeks at Connecting Point Church, we’re beginning a new series called **EKKLESIA**. Together, we’ll go back to Scripture and discover what Jesus intended His Church to be—and what that means for ....us at Connecting Point.

We’ll explore how:

• Jesus builds His Church
• He establishes our identity
• He brings us together
• He forms us
• We seek His presence
• He empowers us
• He plants us where we are
• And He sends us out

This series is about more than understanding the Church. It’s about asking:

**Who is Jesus calling us to be?**
**Who has He called us to reach?**
**And are we becoming the Church He said He would build?**

It all begins this Sunday with **“I Will Build My Church”** from Matthew 16.

🎒🙏 As our students head back to school, we want to cover them in prayer!

Join us this Sunday at Connecting Point Church as we set aside a special time during service to pray over our students, teachers, school staff, and families as they begin a new school year.

Bring your children, grandchildren, and students with you as we pray for God’s protection, guidance, wisdom, and blessing over them. Invite another family to join you!

What a special day we had at Connecting Point Church yesterday!

It was such an honor to have Bishop Wade and Tammy Miller, Field Directors for Ministry to the Military and Freedom Outreach International, with us. Bishop Wade brought an incredible message entitled “Places,” reminding us that God has a purpose in the places He leads us—and that when times get tough, it’s time to “ruck up” and keep moving forward in faith! 🎒🙏

We are so thankful for their ministry, their heart for our military community, and the time they shared with us at Connecting Point.

We’re looking forward to an amazing week! Don’t forget—Bible Study is Thursday night at 7:00 PM. Come ready to grow together in God’s Word.

Doing Life in Christ Together

Hey, Connecting Point! **This is the weekend!** 🙌

We are very excited to welcome Wade and Tammy Miller to Connecting Point this Sunday! You do not want to miss this special service.

Wade and Tammy are incredible leaders in Ministry to the Military, helping establish ministry centers that serve our military communities throughout the United States and overseas. We are honored to have them with us, and I know it is going to be a powerful morning together.

**Invite somebody to come with you!** Bring a friend, neighbor, coworker, or someone you haven't seen at church in a while. Let's fill the house and come expecting God to do something special!

🍽️ **Potluck after service!** Bring a dish to share if you can—but if you can't, **just come!** There will be plenty, and we'd love to have you stay and enjoy some great food and fellowship.

Happy Birthday, Pastor Dan Pearlman! 🎉

The Bible asks in Proverbs 20:6, “A faithful man who can find?”

Today, I’m especially thankful for a faithful man and friend who has walked beside me personally over these last couple of years and has faithfully served alongside me at Connecting Point Church.

Dan, you’ve been there when I’ve needed you. You’ve filled in for me when I’ve been gone, stepped up when something needed to be done, and helped carry the load of ministry. More than that, I’m thankful for your friendship, your faithfulness, and your heart for God and His church.

Ministry is so much better when you have faithful people walking beside you, and I’m grateful that God has allowed us to serve together.

Happy Birthday, Pastor Dan! I pray this next year is filled with God’s blessing, favor, and continued opportunities to make a difference for His Kingdom.
