At St. Joseph’s we welcome in the spirit of Everyone is welcome to worship with us. Currently take out only.

Our family of faith cherishes the gift of all life and welcomes the faith-filled and those who struggle with faith. This included people of every age, color, ethnicity, origin, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, and life situation. As a family of faith, we journey as one, together we learn to forgive, to heal, to witness, to welcome, and to love one another as Jesus has loved us. THRIFT

STORE:
New & gently used clothing available for infants-adults. Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00am - 2:00pm

SOUP KITCHEN:
Serves a delicious home-cooked community meal every Thursday from 4:00pm-4:30pm. FOOD PANTRY:
Our Food Pantry is in collaboration with JCEO. We are a Food Choice pantry. It is appointment only - as one household is allowed in at a time to select items. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm and Wednesday from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. Please call 518-825-0742 to schedule an appointment. COMMUNITY OUTREACH CENTER:
Currently open Monday - Thursday from 8:30am- 3:30 pm and Friday 8:30-noon. Services available include: Catholic Charities and Town of Plattsburgh JCEO a which provides outreach services . Americorps RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) is also located in the outreach center.

Free Summer Meals for Kids and Teens
Beekmantown Central School District Cafeteria Services is happy to bring back our Summer Food Service Program. When school is out, free summer meals are in!
Where:

Cumberland Head Elementary School

1187 Cumberland Head Rd

When:
Monday through Friday, July 6 to August 14

Breakfast: 8:00 to 9:15 am
Lunch: 11:00 am to 12:15 pm

Who can come?

All children and teens ages 18 and under eat free. You do not need to be enrolled at Beekmantown Central School District, and there is no application or registration required. Just stop by! Kids in the area or on campus for camps and practices are welcome to grab breakfast or lunch.
About the meals:

This program is funded by the USDA to make sure children and teens have access to healthy meals all summer long, at no cost to families. Every meal follows USDA nutrition guidelines:

Breakfast includes milk, fruit or vegetable, and a grain or bread.
Lunch includes milk, two fruits and/or vegetables, a grain or bread, and a meat or protein alternative.

The summer menu is attached below, along with informational flyers about Summer EBT and the SNAP Program.
