Temple Kol Ami Emanu-El Mitzvah Day 2022

Sunday Feb 27th

Temple Kol Ami Emanu-El’s Mitzvah Day is around the corner and we need your help!

February 27th will be an extraordinary morning filled with fun and meaningful projects for all ages! Program will start at 9:00AM at the temple. Breakfast will be served. For those who are beach lovers and care for the environment, there will be a bus ride to the beach cleanup returning in time for the BBQ and Pool Party at TKAE. This program is recommended for all ages!

At Noon, join us for a complimentary BBQ and Pool Party at TKAE. All these programs are free but you must register by Thursday, February 24th.

As we get ready for this day, we need help collecting the following items:

For the Cupboard:

Gefilte fish in jars, Passover goods, grape juice, 8 ounce bottles, and Passover sweets



For Baskets of love:

Pre-packed food items that will be delivered to hospitals for staff, nurses and doctors.



For Sharsheret;

For the Rak Pak:

Toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine pads, shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, and other toiletries

Boys and Girls Underwear (new packages)

Children’s Clothing donations (in good shape)

Any monetary donations to help support all our programs.

Programs will run from 9:00 AM until Noon. At noon we will invite our whole community to join us for a pool party and Kosher BBQ.

Sukkot is around the corner. Thanks to our Brotherhood volunteers for coming out Sunday morning to build our new Sukkah! It was a good time for all - and especially gratifying to see the children from early childhood come out to enjoy the new structure! Shana Tova to all.
