Join us Sunday, Dec 5 @ 6 pm for our next Parents of Teens study when we will be dicussing Ch 3 of Parenting Teens with Love and Logic by Foster Cline and Jim Fay. Tonight @ 6:30 pm, some of our teens and other members or our church will be singing with the UNT Women's Chorus in the FUMC Plano's Sanctuary. Hope to see you there!

We meet tonight at 6 pm @ FUMC Plano on the corner of Spring Creek and Parker Rd, in room A112. We are beginnnig the study on the book Parenting Teens with Love and Logic by Foster Cline and Jim Fay. Come join us...learn if you are a helicopter parent, super helicopter parent, drill seargent or consultant.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Parenting Teen class last night. Great topic about Purity Codes and Teenage Sexuality with great open conversation. Hoping we all came out of the discussion with positive feelings, knowing we have the support and empathy of other parents.

FRONTLINE reports on new neuroscience research indicating that teenagers brains are stlll developing, especially in the frontal cortex. They also need more sleep than previously believed
