Custer Road United Methodist Church has been serving the Plano community and beyond since 1980. From its first service, where 29 families joined, the congregation of Custer Road UMC has since grown to more than 4,000 members. We offer three Sunday morning worship services: Modern Worship in the Venue at 9:45am, and Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary at 8:30 and 11am. From vibrant youth and children’s programs to a wide variety of adult Sunday school classes and Bible study offerings to grow in your faith, Custer Road UMC is one of the reasons our large congregation experiences that “small church” feeling. Community outreach has long been an important aspect of Custer Road UMC’s ministries. Early monetary support and personal involvement in both a local women’s shelter and homeless family shelter were only the beginnings of our extensive missions and care ministry outreach programs today. Come join us in worship and be part of the excitement! Something wonderful and inspiring is always happening at Custer Road United Methodist Church. We are helping people know the love of Jesus.
