This Sunday in our diocesan prayer cycle, we pray for:

Bread of Life Anglican Church, Niskayuna, NY, and their clergy, the Rev. Mark Chesnut, the Rev. Jim Gunn, and Deacon Dawn Skramstad.

We pray also for the Inactive & Retired Clergy of ADLW, as well as for the ministry of the Rev. Darren Johnson.

It may have rained, it may have rained so hard. It was hard to drive in, but that didn’t stop these Christians!

We were honored to be led by our very own Rev.Christopher Johnson. He blesses us with his heart for the Lord, in many ways, we see it in his journey here, about a full hour he drives, with his beautiful wife and daughter. He could barely see to drive in the onset down pours last Sunday morning.
We see it in his dedication to lead us in communion month after month.
We see it in his beautiful sermons where he teaches us about our Lord.
We see it in his smiling face as he’s so happy to be a part of this community.
How thankful we were to be led by Father Christopher this week.

Along with the blessing of our Deacon James and this amazing community we call Holy Trinity Anglican Church (HTAC)
that is part of the amazing Diocese of the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word (ADLW)
and this part of the vast miraculous communion called the
Anglican Church of North America(ACNA).

Truly it’s about Jesus!
And how blessed we are to be able to read the true word to celebrate the Trinity and and profess our faith, led to repent and come to the table as part of this community of Christian warriors !

A situation has arisen in our Province that has given great offense to many who worship in our churches. I want to address this and be plain about the position of the Anglican Church in North America.

The ACNA Executive Committee at their meeting in Raleigh earlier this week. Among them are ADLW's own Bishop Julian Dobbs, the Venerable Carl Eyberg, and Mr. Ben Sturgeon.
