Welcome to Grace Lutheran in Plainville
We are a Reconciling in Christ congregation of the ELCA, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. See https://www.reconcilingworks.org/resources/ric/ We worship each Sunday morning at 9 am. At least twice per month, we do a Forum on important issues. People are encouraged to offer suggestions for Forum topics. If you have questions about anything having to do with church, please contact our pastor, Pastor Bob. Contact information is on the front of our page.
If you have not attended a worship service in a while or have never been in a Lutheran church or are searching for a church to possibly attend, please consider joining us some Sunday. Our style is NOT to pressure you but rather to respect your honest exploration!
As followers of Jesus Christ, Grace Lutheran Church is guided by the Gospel to seek reconciliation and wholeness in a world that is too often an unloving place. We welcome all who are seeking God’s love and grace because God welcomes all, regardless of race or culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or relationship status. We welcome all without regard to addictions, physical or mental health, imprisonment, socio-economic circumstances, or anything that too often divides us. Our Unity is in Christ.
