Plainview Jesus Name Church Pastor Stacy Lisenbey We believe that going to church is more than simply a social club or a means of filling up a Sunday.

At Plainview, we emphasize a personal, life-giving experience with God. We teach the biblical message of salvation which is summed up in Acts 2:38 and supported throughout the scriptures. The same Spirit that believers experienced in the book of Acts is being "poured out" upon the church today. The Jesus Name Church is not dead, dry and boring,but rather it is alive and exciting.

Forgiveness is good for the soul—and good for the body. 🤍

Scripture calls us to forgive because we’ve been forgiven. But God’s design is incredible: when we release bitterness, anger, and resentment, we’re not only walking in obedience—we may also be reducing stress and supporting our physical and emotional well-being.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It means we’re choosing not to carry the weight of it anymore.

Today, on National Forgiveness Day, choose freedom. Choose healing. Choose forgiveness. 🌿
