Please be advised that Union County’s Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) waiting list application period has been rescheduled and will now open on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. through the Union County Section 8 website. The program will continue accepting 500 applications.

The change in date was made to help ensure the application process is as accessible as possible for all individuals interested in applying.

Updated public notice in English and Spanish attached.

Applications must be submitted online only. Residents are encouraged to review eligibility requirements and application details in advance.

Saturday's senior tea was a truly uplifting experience, featuring a delightful array of tea, tea biscuits, dainty sandwiches, a hot entree, salad, and decadent desserts, all of which fostered a sense of community and joy through good food and warm fellowship.
