The PPWM council wanted to ask those who will be attending the Fall conference tomorrow if they would like to bring a food item(s) in support of Mosaic PCA, our sister church in Jeannette. They host a food pantry for church and community members. The lapse in federal funding for food assistance has created a significant need for their food pantry. The council will collect the food during the conference and ensure the donations get to Mosaic PCA.
Some needed items for the food pantry are:

Jelly
Pancake mix
Pancake syrup
Instant mashed potatoes
Rice or noodle mixes
Tuna
Tuna Helper
Canned Chicken
Stove Top stuffing
Pasta sauce
Soup (canned or boxed like Lipton)
Cereal
Instant oatmeal
**(they are good on canned vegetables)

The PPWM Fall 2025 Conference is less than a month away on Saturday, November 8th! Please join us at New Covenant Presbyterian Church in Monroeville as we hear from guest speaker, Ellen Dykas, speak on Gospel Friendships. Ellen will also be selling her devotional book during the conference.

Time: Saturday, November 02, 2024 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (registration opens at 9:30am)

Location Providence Presbyterian Church, 77 Phillips Ln, McKees Rocks, PA 15136

About the Event: Please join us for a morning of fellowship and encouragement at the Pittsburgh Presbytery Women’s Ministry Fall 2024 event. Our guest speaker this year is Lisa Boelcke, a member of Providence Presbyterian, and will speak on the Unexpected, Lavish Love of Christ. After the speaking portion of the event, we will have a catered lunch provided by the women’s ministry at Providence Presbyterian Church. Childcare for children ages four and under will be provided by Providence Presbyterian during the event.

Ticket Price: $15.00 plus $0.38 processing fee

Starting at 12:00am on October 28, half of the ticket price (less ticketing fees) can be requested and refunded up until the time of the event (Saturday, November 2nd, at 10:00am).
