Today, we celebrate not only Christ ascending to the Father, but the promise of where He desires to bring us. The Ascension reminds us that Heaven is open, our humanity is redeemed, and our hope is anchored in Christ.

“Where the Head has gone before in glory, the Body is called to follow in hope.”

Lord, lift our hearts to Heaven.

In this reflection, Fr. Joe reminds us that praise isn’t just something we do when life is easy. It’s one of the Christian’s greatest weapons.

To praise God in the middle of uncertainty, suffering, or struggle is an act of trust. It shifts our eyes from our circumstances back to the One who is faithful through all of it.

Even in difficult seasons, there is power in thanking the Lord for His goodness.
