An apostolic house does not have the capacity for adult babysitting. Apostolic leadership is built to equip, mature, deploy, correct, and govern, not chase grown people around begging them to be consistent. At some point, maturity has to become personal responsibility.
You cannot keep calling it “discipleship” when the leader has to remind you of everything, motivate you for everything, follow up behind everything, and constantly recover assignments you already accepted. The apostolic is about sending, and you cannot send people who still need to be supervised like children.
BOTTOM LINE: If leadership has to keep checking whether you prayed, showed up, followed through, communicated, completed the assignment, and honored your word, you may not need another title. You may need another level of maturity.
Real sons and daughters don’t just receive oil. They carry weight. Real leaders don’t just celebrate vision. They execute it. Real apostolic people understand: accountability is not babysitting, and correction is not persecution.
The next level of the house will require grown people who can hear an instruction, own an assignment, and finish what they started without somebody calling three times to see if they’re still saved. Apostolic houses raise builders, not dependents.
