🙏 A Prayer for Summer Blast 🙏

Tomorrow marks the beginning of Summer Blast, and for the next two weeks our church will be filled with hundreds of children, students, volunteers, counselors, interns, and leaders.

As we prepare to kick off this special week, we would love for our church family to join us in prayer.

Pray for the children who will walk through our doors—that they would feel loved, welcomed, and encounter Jesus in a real way.

Pray for our counselors, interns, work crew, and volunteers who have spent weeks preparing—that God would give them energy, patience, wisdom, and a heart for every child they meet.

Pray for safety throughout each day, for meaningful friendships to be formed, and for lives to be changed by the truth of God's Word.

Summer Blast is more than games, crafts, and activities. It is an opportunity to share Jesus and help young people grow in their faith. We are so grateful for everyone who has prayed, volunteered, donated, and supported this ministry. Thank you.

Please keep Summer Blast in your prayers over the next two weeks. We can't wait to see all that God will do! ❤️☀️🙏

🌿 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out this morning to help mulch around the church! Your hard work made a tremendous difference, and we are so grateful for the time and effort you gave to help make our church grounds look beautiful.

Not only did we get fresh mulch spread, but we also tackled some old bushes that needed to be removed. What a great reminder of what can be accomplished when people come together to serve!

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers for your willingness to jump in, work hard, and care for our church. We appreciate each and every one of you! ❤️🙌

All of your unplanned rest stops in life may feel unexpected to you… but they never catch God by surprise.

The pauses, detours, delays, and seasons of waiting are often where He does some of His greatest work. Trust that even here, He’s leading you with purpose. 🤍

Ever feel lost on life's journey? Like you're miles off course with the gas light on? This Memorial Day weekend, we explored David and Saul's unexpected encounter in a cave at En-Gedi, where mercy triumphed over vengeance and God's sovereignty shone through the chaos.

David had every right to end his conflict with Saul, but instead he chose restraint. Why? Because he trusted God's plan over his own impulses. Sometimes our unplanned "rest stops" teach us the most about who God is calling us to be.

Here's the truth: You go nowhere by accident. Wherever you are right now, God has placed you there with purpose. You're not alone on this journey. He's packed the snacks, planned the route, and promises to go before you every single step of the way.

The destination is heaven, but the journey? That's where God does His greatest work in us.

🎶 Worship Wednesday 🎶

Life can feel heavy sometimes, but one thing we’re reminded of over and over again is this: we were never meant to walk this journey alone. 🤍

No matter the season, the struggle, or the uncertainty, God is with us every step of the way — guiding, strengthening, and carrying us when we need it most.

“I Am Not Alone” was such a powerful reminder during worship on Sunday that His presence never leaves us. 🙌

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the great gift of freedom we so often take for granted — the freedom to gather, worship, love, and live without fear.

As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we never forget those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. We are forever grateful. 🇺🇸

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

Be the light—but only because He is the Light. ✨
Let the way you love, serve, and encourage others point them straight to Jesus. You never know who might find hope because you reflected His light today. “Let your light shine before others…” —Matthew 5:16
