On this Fourth of July, we celebrate the historic blessing of political freedom and independence. As people of faith, it’s also a beautiful reminder of the ultimate freedom we find in grace, love, and community through Jesus Christ.
True liberty shines brightest when it inspires us to lift one another up and care for the vulnerable among us. Today, let’s celebrate the liberty we hold dear, and commit ourselves anew to being a beacon of light, hope, and kindness in our world.
Wishing you all a beautiful, safe, and blessed Independence Day surrounded by the people you love.

"For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence, but through love become slaves to one another." Galatians 5:13

Happy Father's Day to all the fathers whose hearts listen attentively, who embrace their responsibilities with love, and who strive to lead their families guided by the Holy Spirit. Today, we were deeply moved by a touching message from Pastor Gary, who gently reminded us, "Fathers, you are seen. God sees you." We sincerely appreciate each of you and, above all, we thank our Heavenly Father for His unwavering love and constant care.

Christ the King Church's theme was "Raising the Bar." Fathers who set a positive example, leave meaningful legacies, and go above and beyond for those they love are truly fathers worth cherishing and remembering.

Fathers had to go under the Limbo BAR to enter the sanctuary where they were greeted with a Tiki BAR, a Coffee BAR, a Breakfast BAR, a Bagel BAR, a Fruit BAR, a BAR-b-Q and a Popcorn BAR! They were given gift bags which included a “Belly” Bag full of monopoly cash so they could leave “tips” for all the BARistas! From an incredible breakfast, Dad Jokes and a Tribute Video…it was a wunderBAR DAY!

"The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice; he who fathers a wise son will be glad in him." -
Proverbs 23:24
