The present building and grounds of the All Saints Episcopal Church in Brighton Heights was made possible through the purchase and donation of land by the Oliver family. Construction was begun on November 3, 1930, and the cornerstone was laid on February 22, 1931. Oliver and Charles S. Shoemaker were church Wardens at the time, The Right Reverend Alexander Mann was guiding the Diocese, and the Rev
erend Walter F. Marshfield was Rector of All Saints. Located in bedroom community just a couple minutes from the Ohio River and Rt. 65 and about 5-10 minutes from "dahntahn" Pittsburgh...All Saints seeks to know, share and proclaim Christ through prayer, word and deed both within the church and out into the community.
