Tomorrow is a big day for our church family.

Tomorrow, May 10th, Lightning Church officially joins the mission and vision of Traveler’s Church.

We are so excited for what Jesus is about to do in this next season. Traveler’s Church has been incredibly welcoming, full of faith, and committed to reaching people with the Gospel. Annie and I truly believe this is a God-led step forward for our church family.

Services tomorrow are at 9AM and 11AM and Pastor Josh and Annie will be at both services. We would love for all of our Lightning family to join us for the 11AM service as we step into this together.

Then on May 17th, after the 11AM service, we’ll be having a special Q&A and vision meeting with Pastor Wes, Annie, and Pastor Josh. We’ll talk through the heart behind this transition, where we’re headed, and what these next 12 weeks can look like as we seek God together.

Church family, let’s not watch from a distance. Let’s jump in with faith. Let’s trust God with this next season. Let’s believe that the best is yet to come.

Lightning Church family ❤️

This Sunday begins a brand new season for all of us as we officially join the mission and vision of Traveler’s Church.

Over the next 12 weeks, we want to encourage every person and every family to take a bold step of faith and fully lean in. Don’t just watch from a distance. Show up. Worship. Get connected. Let God move in your life during this next season.

Service times at Traveler’s Church are:
9:00 AM
11:00 AM

As a church family, we’re encouraging everyone to attend the 11:00 AM service on our first Sunday together, May 10th ❤️

Here’s what the next two weeks look like:

May 10th
Our very first Sunday together at Traveler’s Church
A powerful day of worship, vision, and stepping into what God has next for all of us

May 17th
After the 11:00 AM service, we’ll be having a special church family meeting and Q&A with Pastor Wes, Pastor Josh, and Annie. This will be a great opportunity to hear more vision, ask questions, and continue moving forward together as one church family.

We truly believe God is leading this.
Let’s trust the vision.
Let’s trust our leadership.
Let’s boldly step into this next season together.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin when it comes to thanking the Clear family for everything they’ve poured into our church, our city, and the people of Pittsburgh. Over the years, they haven’t just preached sermons, they’ve truly loved people. They’ve shown up in hard seasons, celebrated victories with families, prayed with people through heartbreak, believed in people when they couldn’t believe in themselves, and constantly pointed us back to Jesus.

Pastor Josh and Annie have gone above and beyond more times than any of us could probably count. Their investment into this area has changed countless lives forever. Marriages restored. People saved. Families healed. People finding purpose again. So many of us are walking closer with Jesus today because this family said yes to God.

Let’s trust the vision of Traveler’s Church. Let’s trust our leadership. Let’s trust Pastor Josh and Annie as they boldly step into this next season, and let’s boldly step in with them. Let’s not just watch from a distance. Let’s jump in, serve, build community, and believe for everything God wants to do in this next chapter.

Big news. This Sunday is a new beginning.

Lightning Church is officially stepping into what God is doing at Traveler’s Church… and we couldn’t be more expectant for what’s ahead.

These pics are a small glimpse 🙌

This isn’t an ending… it’s a next step.
And we really believe the best is yet to come.

Here’s what the next couple weeks look like:

📍 May 10th — First Sunday at Traveler’s Church
Two services: 9:00 AM + 11:00 AM
We’re encouraging everyone to come to the 11:00 AM for our first week together. Let’s show up strong, unified, and ready for what God wants to do.

📍 May 17th — Family Q&A + Vision Sunday
Right after the 11:00 AM service, we’re hosting a live Q&A with Pastor Wes, Pastor Josh, and Annie.
We’ll share heart, vision, and make space for any questions as we step into this together.

We’re asking everyone to lean in, commit to this next season, and seek God first in it. Give it 12 weeks. Watch what He does.
