Lamentations 5:19 reminds us that when everything around us seems to change, God does not change.

“You, Lord, reign forever; your throne endures from generation to generation.”

Our circumstances may shift. Nations rise and fall. People disappoint us. Seasons of suffering can leave us wondering where God is. Yet Scripture calls us back to this truth: the Lord still reigns.

As Nazarenes, we believe in the holiness, faithfulness, and sovereign grace of God. Even in the darkest seasons, we can trust His character and respond in faith. God’s throne is not shaken by our troubles, and His grace is still at work.

Today, let our prayer be: “Lord, reign in my heart, my home, and my circumstances. Help me trust You when I cannot understand.”

Whatever you are facing today, remember: God is still on the throne. His faithfulness reaches beyond our generation.

🙏 Holy God, help us walk in faith, hope, and holiness, trusting Your unchanging love. Amen.

Labor Day Series — Part 4: Who Are We Working For? ✝️🔥

As we finish our Labor Day series, here's the question we should all consider:
Who are we really working for?

Colossians 3:23 reminds us, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”

Our jobs may have different employers, but as followers of Jesus, our ultimate allegiance belongs to Him.

When nobody is watching, work for the Lord.
When you're not appreciated, work for the Lord.
When the job is difficult, work for the Lord.
When success comes, give God the glory.

Our faith should not be left at the church door on Sunday. The grace of God goes with us into the workplace, the home, the classroom, the farm, the office, the job site, and every place where God has called us to serve.

As Nazarenes, we believe holiness is not merely a Sunday experience. God desires to transform our entire lives so that our attitudes, actions, relationships, and work reflect the character of Christ.

So as Labor Day comes to a close, let's carry this truth with us:

We don't simply work to make a living. We have opportunities every day to live for Christ.
May our hands serve faithfully.
May our words bring encouragement.
May our character reflect Christ.
May our work bless others.

And may everything we do bring glory to God.

Whatever you do, do it for the Lord.

Labor Day Series — Part 3: Rest Is a Gift 🌿🙏

Labor Day reminds us of work—but God's Word also reminds us that we were never created to work without rest.

Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

Our culture often tells us that our worth comes from how much we accomplish. But our identity is not found in our productivity.

Our identity is found in Christ.

Rest is not laziness. Rest can be an act of trust.

When we step away from the work and place our responsibilities in God's hands, we acknowledge that we are not the ones holding the whole world together—God is.

As Christians, we are called to work faithfully, but we are also called to trust God faithfully.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is slow down, breathe, pray, worship, spend time with family, and remember the One who gives us strength for every day.

If you're tired, don't be ashamed to admit it.

Bring your weariness to Jesus.

He doesn't simply offer rest for your body. He offers rest for your soul.

This Labor Day, take time to thank God for the ability to work—and don't forget to thank Him for the gift of rest.

Work faithfully. Rest intentionally. Trust completely. ❤️

💪 WHEN YOUR STRENGTH RUNS OUT, HIS DOESN’T 💪

📖 “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” — Isaiah 40:29

Some days you feel strong. Other days, getting out of bed feels like a victory.
You may be carrying a burden that nobody else sees. You may be tired from fighting battles, making decisions, caring for others, or simply trying to keep moving forward.

But God's Word reminds us of something powerful:

You don't have to be strong enough on your own. 🙏

God gives strength to the weary. He meets us in our weakness with His grace and gives us what we need to keep going.

His grace doesn't promise that every difficult circumstance will disappear. Instead, His grace enables us to stand, persevere, and continue becoming more like Christ—even when life is hard. ✝️

When you're weary, lean on Him.
When you're weak, trust His strength.
When you don't know what to do, seek His wisdom.
When you feel like giving up, remember that God is not finished with you. ❤️

You may be running low on strength today…

But God's supply never runs out. 🙌

Not One Word Will Fail — Matthew 5:18 📖

“For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.” — Matthew 5:18

Jesus reminds us that God’s Word is trustworthy, purposeful, and enduring. What God has spoken is not something we can simply adjust to fit the culture, our preferences, or our circumstances.

As Nazarenes, we believe Scripture is the inspired Word of God and the foundation for our faith and Christian living. It reveals God’s truth, points us to Jesus Christ, and calls us to a life of holiness and obedience.

Following Christ means more than agreeing with Scripture when it is convenient. It means allowing God's Word to shape our hearts, our choices, our relationships, and our priorities.

God's Word may challenge us.

It may correct us.
It may convict us.
It may call us to surrender.
But when God speaks, we can trust Him.

Jesus didn't come to make God's truth meaningless. He came to fulfill God's purposes and show us what faithful obedience looks like.

So don't build your life on what changes with the times.

Build your life on the eternal Word of God.

When the world changes, His truth remains.
When circumstances change, His promises remain.
When feelings change, His Word remains.

🙏 Stand on Scripture. Trust Christ. Walk in His grace. Live a holy and faithful life.

Labor Day Series — Part 2: The Dignity of Every Worker ❤️🛠️

Every person has value—not because of their job title, income, education, or position, but because they are created in the image of God.

Scripture says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23

God sees the work that others overlook.

He sees the early mornings.
He sees the long shifts.
He sees the parent working to provide for a family.
He sees the caregiver who quietly serves.
He sees the employee who chooses honesty when dishonesty would be easier.

The kingdom of God does not measure people by worldly status.

Jesus taught us to serve, not to seek status. As Nazarenes, we believe sanctifying grace produces Christlike love—a love that values people, serves others, and treats every person with dignity and compassion.

So this Labor Day, let's honor those who work hard and remember those whose work is often unseen.

No honest work done in a spirit of love is insignificant in God's eyes.

May our work reflect the character of Christ, and may our treatment of others reflect His holy love.

Every worker matters. Every person matters. Every opportunity to serve matters. 🙏

⛪ Come As You Are — Really, We Mean It. ❤️

It’s 9 AM, and maybe you’re still deciding whether you should come to church today.

So let us make it simple:

Come as you are. Really, we mean it.
Come tired.
Come worried.
Come carrying a burden.
Come with questions.
Come if your faith feels strong.
Come if your faith feels weak.
Come if you haven't been to church in a long time.

You don't have to pretend. You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to clean yourself up before you come to Jesus.

God's grace meets us where we are—but His grace loves us too much to leave us there.

As Nazarenes, we believe in a God whose grace reaches every person, offers forgiveness through Jesus Christ, and transforms our hearts so that we can become more like Christ and live in holiness and love.

The church isn't a place for people who have it all together.

It's a place where we come together to seek the One who does.

So, whatever you're wearing, whatever you're carrying, and wherever you are in your journey:

Come.
Come worship.
Come hear God's Word.
Come pray.
Come fellowship.
Come experience the grace of Jesus.

⏰ It's not too late. Grab your family, invite a friend, and come worship with us!
Come as you are. Really, we mean it.

But don't be surprised if you leave changed by His grace. 🙏❤️

🌅 RISE AND SHINE! ☀️

It’s 6 AM… and before the busyness of the day begins, here’s your reminder:

Rise and shine! God’s grace is new every morning. 🙏

“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22–23

Whatever yesterday brought, today is a new opportunity to walk with Jesus.

Maybe yesterday was difficult.
Maybe you fell short.
Maybe you're carrying a burden into today.
Maybe you simply need a fresh reminder of God’s presence.

Get up. Give God your first thoughts, your first prayers, and your first moments.

As Nazarenes, we believe God’s grace is active in our lives—calling us, saving us, transforming us, and leading us toward a life of holiness and Christlike love.

And one of the best ways we grow in grace is by gathering together as the body of Christ.

So this morning, here's your invitation:

☀️ Rise and shine.
🙏 Give thanks.
📖 Open God's Word.
❤️ Prepare your heart.
⛪ Come worship with us!

You don't have to face this day alone. Come fellowship with God's people, hear His Word, worship together, and make room for His grace to work in your life.

A new day is here. A new opportunity to follow Jesus is here.

🌙 If You’re Tired, Broken, or Feeling Hopeless…

Maybe tonight you're lying awake with a heavy heart.

You're tired of carrying the same burdens.

Tired of pretending everything is okay.

Broken by things you can't fix.

Discouraged by prayers that seem unanswered.

Maybe you've even started wondering if things will ever get better.
If that's you, this invitation is for you.

You don't have to have it all together before you come to church. You don't have to hide your struggles or pretend to be stronger than you are.

Jesus said:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

As Nazarenes, we believe in a God whose grace reaches us right where we are—not to leave us there, but to forgive, restore, transform, and lead us into a life of holiness and Christlike love.

The Church isn't a gathering of perfect people.

It's a place where broken people can encounter a perfect Savior.

So if you're tired, come.
If you're hurting, come.
If you've lost hope, come.
If you've been away from God, come home.
If you don't know what you believe yet, come anyway.

Come worship with us.
Come hear God's Word.
Come pray.
Come find a community that will walk with you.

You may walk through the doors carrying a burden, but you don't have to carry it alone.

🌙 Before you go to bed tonight, remember this: your story isn't over, and God's grace hasn't given up on you.
