We are thrilled to have shared our vision with our neighbors last night at our community info night, where we unveiled Village of Hope's plan to empower Transitional Aged Youth. This innovative village will feature 15 tiny cottages, providing a supportive environment with services from Hope Solutions and in partnership with our church. We're grateful for the collective effort to bring this community to life and appreciate the city officials who joined us, demonstrating their commitment to positive change. May God continue to raise up Faith communities to help end homelessness in Contra Costa County.
