Father God, most people are looking for happiness at the wrong places and for the wrong reasons. My prayer is that may You direct us where true happiness can be found.
Your WORD declares that to be happy, to be blessed is totally the opposite of what the world knows as happiness.
To be truly happy is knowing that your final home is heaven.
True happiness is to be meek and humble and mourn over our sin for You give us comfort and love and assurance.
True happiness is desiring to live a righteous life for You bring satisfaction and contentment.
Help us O God to be merciful as You are, and continue to receive Your mercy.
May we be pure in heart for we want to see You.
May we make peace with You, so that we can make peace with others and be called You children.
We pray for all of Your children who are persecuted in the world because of their faith in Your Son Jesus Christ. May their blessedness and joy be not diminished for the sufferings they are going through. Remind them that they belong to Your Kingdom of heaven.
Help us to consider insults, persecutions, false accusations and even sufferings as an honor because of our faith in Christ.
All true happiness, joy and blessedness are because of our saving relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in whose Name we pray. Amen.

JESUS CHRIST IS GOD.

Christian CULTS like the Iglesia Ni Kristo, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, have one thing in common - THEY DO NOT BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD AND HIMSLEF IS GOD.

Denial of His divinity is the tragedy of all tragedies.
There is no salvation for those who do not believe that Jesus Christ is God.

Isaiah 43:11 - "I, even I, am the LORD (JEHOVAH), and there is no Savior besides Me.”
If Jesus is just a man and not Jehovah, then He cannot save according to Isaiah 43:1

SALVATION IS BY FAITH ALONE
Consider the following verses that clearly teaches that SALVATION IS BY FAITH ALONE:
John 3:16 declares that salvation is given to “whoever believes in Him.”
Acts 16:31 proclaims, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.”
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Romans 3:28; For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.
Romans 4:5; And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness,
Romans 5:1; Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Galatians 2:16; yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.
Galatians 3:24; So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith.
Many other verses could be referenced in addition to these.

James 2:24 does not argue against salvation by faith alone. Rather, it argues against a salvation that is alone, a salvation without good works and obedience to God’s Word. Faith that does not produce good work is a dead faith – it is not a saving faith. Even demons believe but they are not saved because their faith doesn’t produce good works.
James’s point is that we demonstrate our faith by what we do (James 2:18).
Paul argues that salvation is by faith alone, apart from the works of the law. The New Testament definitely teaches that salvation is by faith alone.

One vey important thing to be considered.
Paul is using the word justified in Romans 3:28 to mean “declared righteous by God.” Paul is speaking of God’s legal declaration of Christ’s righteousness applied to our account. His righteousness is imputed upon us.
James is using the word justified to mean “being demonstrated and proved.” The proof that your faith is true saving faith is if it produces good works.
Good works do not produce salvation.
Good works plus faith do not produce salvation.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

The entire James 2:14–26 passage is about PROVING the genuineness of your faith by what you do. A genuine salvation experience by faith in Jesus Christ will inevitably result in good works ( Ephesians 2:10). The works are the demonstration and proof of TRUE SAVING FAITH (James 2:18). A faith without works is useless (James 2:20) and dead (James 2:17); in other words, it is not true faith at all.
Salvation is by faith alone, but that faith will never be alone.
Meaning, if it is a TRUE SAVING FAITH, it will produce good works.

Heavenly Father,
We’re so grateful that you incline your ear to hear our prayers.
We don’t deserve your attention, yet in your grace, you hear us, and you answer us according to your perfect character.
Lord, you are gracious, righteous, and merciful.
And because of that, we can call on our souls to rest in you.
You have dealt bountifully with us before.
You have answered our pleas for mercy and you have given us new life in Jesus Christ.
And so we rest in you because you never change.
You are good forever.

Lord, we thank for the gift of prayer.
Thank you that you have made a way for us to call upon your great name.
Thank you for inviting us to pray at all times and to pray all kind of prayers and supplications.
Thank you for giving us the Bible that teaches us to pray your Word back to you.
We especially think about the Psalms that give us words of lament, words of confession, words of praise, words of petition, and words of resolution.
Thank you for the gift of your Holy Spirit that intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words when we are too weak to pray.
Thank you for giving us prayer when we don’t know what to do or where to go.
Lord Jesus, increase our faith in You, in your Word and in our prayers.
In Your sweet and precious Name we pray. Amen

O Lord Jesus, the Risen Savior,
what joy it is to celebrate Your victory, crushing the serpent's head.
You burst forth from the grave and conquered death, hell, and triumphed over Satan, sin and all opposing evils.
You trampled the powers of darkness and now You live forever.
You are oir gracious surety,
You paid for our debt we could never ever repay.

You proved that your sin-offering is accepted,
the wrath of God was satisfied,
the devil's scepter is shattered, his throne is smashed.

O, God, Give us the assurance that in Christ we died,
in Him we rose,
in His life we live,
in His victory we triumph,
in his ascension we shall follow.

Gracious Redeemer, You who was lifted up upon a cross,
