WHO ARE WE?

Anchor Baptist Missions America (ABMA) has partnered with Mission NAVIGATE to provide this generation with unprecedented opportunities for training, exploration, and service both domestically and internationally. NAVIGATE goes beyond mere recreation and is much more than a vacation; it offers a unique chance to enhance mission awareness, acquire new skills, and travel internationally in a safe, controlled, and supportive setting. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about diverse cultures, communication styles, and climates while being hosted by and serving alongside experienced missionaries from Anchor Baptist Missions International around the globe, all while sharing the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

ABMA Mission NAVIGATE programs include:

***NAVIGATE 1.0***

Our 2-day retreats include live Zoom sessions with missionaries worldwide, offering fast-paced 45-minute classes on their country's culture and challenges.

During these sessions, attendees are able to interact, ask questions, and dive deeper into missionary life as it is on the field. They will also learn fascinating experiences and see God's hand of provision. The services will have an emphasis on broadening our world view by understanding what lost people do not understand. International cuisine and great fellowship make the ABMA Missions Retreat NAVIGATE 1.0 a place where 24 hours can last a lifetime.

***NAVIGATE 2.0***

Our week-long U.S. based preparatory camp features intensive training programs covering cross-cultural communication, leadership skills, and practical mission work. These programs equip participants for impactful service abroad. The emphasis will be on language, health, and safety in the country that we will next serve in the 3.0 portion.

Attendees will learn how to lead, serve, and grow in grace while having a fun time doing so. The ABMA Mission Camp NAVIGATE 2.0 is an opportunity for one week to last a lifetime!

***NAVIGATE 3.0***

During missionary journeys to Alaska, South America, the Pacific Islands, Asia, and other places, our teams have the opportunity to:
--Serve as counselors (age 21 minimum) and workers in youth camps
--Serve as crew aboard the Sea Hope ship in the Caribbean
--Serve as advance and support teams for medical mission trips
--Serve as workers on construction projects.

NAVIGATE 3.0 offers trips up to 2 weeks long with benefits to certainly last a lifetime!

***NAVIGATE 4.0***
Summer internships are available to those seeking a greater understanding about God's will for their lives. This opportunity will extend the open door to travel, learn from, and assist missionary families. During this time, they will receive invaluable firsthand lessons that are not taught in textbooks. This program is available to high school juniors and seniors to serve with missionaries int he continental U.S., and internationally for graduates, college students, and other young adults.
