Easter looks a little different this year.

We’re creating space—not just to hear a message,
but to actually pause, reflect, and talk about what the cross means for our lives.

Whether you’ve been in church your whole life
or you’re just curious… you’re welcome here.

"So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, 'Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!'" (John 12:13)

This pivotal moment signifies the commencement of the final week of Jesus' earthly ministry, culminating in his crucifixion. In Jewish culture, palm branches symbolized victory, nationalism, triumph, and peace. By waving them, the crowd acknowledged Jesus as a victorious and royal figure, yet misunderstood his mission, explicitly identifying him as the King of Israel, reflecting their expectation of a promised deliverer who would restore Israel.

Jesus came not as a political liberator but as a spiritual Savior. His kingdom is not of this world, and his victory is over sin and death. The same crowd that welcomes Jesus as king crying out “Hosanna”, within a week, call for his crucifixion. As believers, we are called to recognize Jesus as King and Savior, offering him true worship, not just in words but in lives surrendered to his lordship and God’s plan.

This passion week, may we passionately praise and lift our King high in Jesus name.

Why does the cross still matter today?

Not just as a story…
but in real life.

This Easter, we’re not just having a service—
we’re opening up a conversation.

A space to listen, reflect, and engage.

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)

Romans 8:28 offers a powerful assurance of divine sovereignty and purpose. It reminds believers that no circumstance, whether joyful or painful, is wasted in God’s plan. For those who love Him and live according to His calling, every event is woven into a larger design for their ultimate good and His glory. This doesn’t mean everything that happens is good in itself, but that God can bring good out of every situation. It encourages trust, perseverance, and faith, especially in difficult seasons, affirming that God is actively at work behind the scenes, shaping events for a greater purpose.
