Nicole's Thought: As we reflect on the tragedy of 9/11/01, I am honored to announce that I have been named a finalist for the ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Award for Thought Leader of the Year. This is especially meaningful because I was financially traumatized personally compliments of the injuries I suffered that fateful day. But, I stayed the course to become a valued, well respected industry peer.
