May 1st — the start of National Mental Health Awareness Month. 🧠💚

Today is a reminder that your mind matters… your healing matters… you matter.

Life has a way of placing weight on us that nobody else sees. The silent battles, the internal struggles, the things we carry and never speak out loud… but even that — God sees it, and nothing we face is wasted.

This Sunday at 11 AM, join us at Waymon Chapel AME Church for a word entitled “Necessary” from Hebrews 9:22–28.

Because sometimes what we go through…
what we endure…
