Today, we want to take a moment to honor and celebrate three incredible leaders God has blessed our Encounter Church family with!

Pastor Brad,
Thank you for faithfully leading our church with wisdom, love, and a heart for God. Your dedication to sharing His Word, encouraging others, and shepherding our church family does not go unnoticed. We are grateful for your leadership and the example you set!

Pastor Connie,
Thank you for pouring your heart into the next generation! Your love, patience, and passion for helping our children and youth grow in their relationship with Jesus are making an eternal difference. The seeds you plant today will bear fruit for years to come!

Pastor Warren,
We are excited to welcome you into this new season of ministry! Thank you for answering God’s call and stepping into this role with a heart to serve. We look forward to seeing all that God will do through your leadership and ministry!

Being a pastor is more than standing behind a pulpit on Sunday. It’s praying for others, walking alongside families through life’s highs and lows, offering encouragement, and faithfully serving even when no one is watching.

Sometimes faith means taking the next step, even when you can’t see where the road leads.

We often pray for God to show us the way, but sometimes He simply asks us to trust Him enough to move forward.

We may not understand His timing, see the full picture, or know what comes next. But we can have peace knowing that God is already working in places we cannot see.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 (KJV)

You don’t have to know every step when you’re following the One who knows the way.

Don't forget that it is family night. Bring a finger food, dessert or drink, come fellowship and play some games.

We pay attention to what we feed our bodies… but what are we feeding our minds?

Every day we consume conversations, social media, music, opinions, entertainment, and God’s Word.

And what we continually take in begins to shape the way we think, speak, and live.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
— Proverbs 4:23

Not everything that gets your attention deserves access to your heart.

So ask yourself today: Am I feeding my faith or my fear?

Be intentional about what you allow in. What you feed grows.
