GREENBAY CAMPUS
Campus is closed Friday, May 17 and without power, lighting, and air conditioning. Very limited parts of campus operate on generators that allow some lighting by bathrooms, but parts of campus are entirely inaccessible due to the closure of power-operated storm doors.
SATURDAY ON GREENBAY
We are in contact with families with special events scheduled for tomorrow, working through more details for gathering on campus safely with limited utilities and accessibility.
Mercy Street will not gather Saturday evening for worship, and they will reschedule their Pentecost Party scheduled following their service.
SUNDAY ON GREENBAY
We have adapted our schedule for Sunday morning on Greenbay as follows:
8:45 A.M. The Center for Christian Spirituality Contemplative Worship – Backyard of The Anchor House at The Labyrinth
11:15 A.M. Special Baccalaureate Service – Sanctuary (No 8:30 or 9:45 worship)
The combined, single service in the Sanctuary will honor our graduating high school seniors. At this time, we do not expect to have power, lights, or air conditioning, but we will gather for a shortened, but surely memorable, time of worship together. There will be no Sunday school and nursery care on Sunday, and we will not be able to livestream due to the lack of power to campus. If you join us on campus Sunday, please enter from Parking Lot A. We will have greeters stationed around to help guide you.
We are making this decision today to ensure proper preparation and communication with our graduating seniors and Student Ministries team. We may not have human power this weekend, but we will have Divine Pentecost Power on Sunday!
GESSNER CAMPUS
Gessner Campus is closed Friday, May 17. Only the CLC has power, and crews are on campus working on the removal of large, downed trees.
The Gessner Campus schedule for Sunday will be:
9:30 & 11:15 A.M. Generations Church Generaciones Worship – CLC, with power, lights, and A/C
11:15 A.M. Fair Haven Worship – Sanctuary, with some natural lighting and no power or A/C
There will be no Sunday school or livestream.
