Pure Religion Sunday, from the legacy of Orphan Sunday and Stand Sunday, is a day of unity to reflect God's heart for orphaned and vulnerable children on November 10, 2024, and throughout the year.
Here are a few ways your church can honor Pure Religion Sunday:
1. Invite a Connect1Child Foster Care & Adoption Specialist to set up a table and/or speak to your congregation.
2. Invite a Christ-centered foster or adoptive family to share their testimony of caring for vulnerable children and families.
3. Hold a special prayer time for vulnerable children and families in your community.
4. Share a video with your congregation about the need for more foster parents in Louisiana.
