Some of life's sweetest moments happen around a table.
A place where conversations linger a little longer.
Where laughter comes easily.
Where tears don't need an explanation.
Where no one feels like they have to have it all together.
That's the heart behind, A Place at Her Table.
This isn't about having all the answers or pretending we've figured life out.
It's about women coming together to open God's Word, ask honest questions, encourage one another, pray for each other, share a meal, and simply do life together.
No titles.
No expectations.
No pressure to be anything other than yourself.
Just women making room for one another.
Think about how often significant moments happened around a table in the Bible:
•Jesus eating with sinners.
•Martha opening her home.
•The Last Supper.
•The early church breaking bread together.
•Shared meals becoming places of discipleship and fellowship.
Whether you've known Jesus your whole life, you're just beginning to explore your faith, or you're simply looking for genuine community, there's a seat waiting for you.
Bring your favorite beverage.
Bring a snack to share if you'd like.
Bring your Bible—or borrow one.
Bring your stories, your joys, your questions, and the things that have been weighing on your heart.
Most of all, just bring yourself.
My hope is that this becomes more than a Bible study.
A place where strangers become friends.
Where friends become sisters.
Where every woman knows she belongs before she ever feels like she has to have it all together.
A chair is only empty, because it's waiting for someone.
