We live in a world full of promises. Products promise satisfaction, advertisements promise happiness, and countless voices tell us what we need to feel complete. Yet many people still find themselves searching for something more. Join us in worship tomorrow, Sunday, June 21, 2024, at 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM, in person or online, for “Satisfaction Guaranteed”, based on John 14:1–14. In this passage, Jesus speaks words of comfort and assurance to His followers at a time of uncertainty and fear. He points them toward a deeper source of peace, purpose, and hope than anything the world can offer. What does it mean to trust God’s promises when life feels unsettled? And where can we find the kind of fulfillment that truly lasts? Join us and discover how Jesus answers those questions in a way that continues to speak to us today. Cute Alert! 💡🚨What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of an amazing Vacation Bible School week! Last Sunday, some of our VBS participants shared one of the songs they learned during Illumination Station, filling our sanctuary with joy, energy, and lots of smiles. Throughout the week, our children discovered who Jesus really is, the Light of the World, and learned that His light guides us, gives us hope, and shines through us as we share His love with others.

A special thank you to our Children’s Director, Yireh, for her outstanding leadership and dedication in making this week such a success. We are also incredibly grateful for the many volunteers who gave their time and talents, and to the generous donors whose support helped make this camp available free of charge to families in our community.
Thank you for helping make Illumination Station a week filled with faith, fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories!

Celebrate Father’s Day at Kendall Church! Join us this Sunday as we celebrate all the fathers and father figures who have guided, supported, and encouraged us throughout our lives. Be sure to stop by our FREE Father’s Day Photo Booth and take a picture with Dad, your family, or anyone special in your life. It is a great way to capture a fun memory together! No family with you this Sunday? No problem! We have fun photo props available (ask Pastor Ruben!) so everyone can join in the celebration and leave with a smile. Join Us for Worship This Sunday! What an incredible week we have had at Kendall Church! Our campus was filled with energy, laughter, learning, and faith as children participated in Vacation Bible School: Illumination Station. Throughout the week, our children explored John 8:12, where Jesus says: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” They learned that Jesus is their light, guiding, comforting, and helping them shine His love in the world. This Sunday, June 14, we will continue exploring this powerful theme in worship. Join us at 9 am or 11 am, in person or online, as we reflect on what it means to walk in Christ’s light and how that light can transform our lives and the lives of those around us. We would love to worship with you!

Mission of the Month: Bible Fund
At Kendall UM Church, we believe that everyone should have access to God’s Word. That is why our Mission of the Month is the Bible Fund, a ministry that provides free Bibles to anyone who would like one. Whether someone is reading the Bible for the very first time, returning to their faith, or looking for a Bible they can call their own, this fund helps make that possible. The Bibles provided through this ministry are available in our sanctuary pews. If you need a Bible, or know someone who does, please feel free to take one home. It is our gift to you.

Over the past two years, more than 500 Bibles have found their way into the hands of people seeking hope, guidance, encouragement, and a deeper relationship with Christ. Every donation helps us continue this ministry and reminds others that God’s Word is a gift meant to be shared.
