The Fellows had quite the throwback last week for Life Together!☀️

Between the Trivia, an Egg Toss challenge, and a very competitive ticket raffle, the Fellows experienced a “fifth-grade field day.” This blast to the past was one that took us back to the good old days (along with the outfits too). It was an experience that provided many laughs and a whole lot of fun!

This week, Fellows had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Scott B. Rae diving deep into moral choices and the ethical issues that shape our world. Over the past few days, Dr. Rae has guided us through how to think carefully and thoughtfully about complex ethical issues that we face in today’s world. Through his teaching, we have been learning not only what moral issues exist in the world, but also how to approach them with clarity, wisdom, and strong biblical reasoning.

One of the most impactful parts of the class has been the discussions and debates we’ve had together. As we examine topics from different perspectives, we are challenged to think critically, talk through our views clearly, and engage respectfully with one another. These conversations have pushed us to go deeper in our understanding of ethics and how our beliefs shape the way we live.

This class has been a meaningful opportunity to grow in both knowledge and discernment as we continue our semester together. We are so grateful for Dr. Rae’s wisdom as we learn how to navigate difficult moral questions with thoughtfulness and integrity. 📚

When the weather is perfect and classes are done for the day, you’ll find Impact 360 Fellows all across campus making the most of it. From spikeball matches, soccer, or basketball games to volleyball, studying outside, and long walks with friends! These moments are some of our favorites. ☀️

Life at Impact 360 isn’t just about learning in the classroom, it’s about building community. Whether we’re competing, relaxing, or just enjoying the sunshine together, we love the chance to fellowship and grow alongside one another.

“One thing I love about campus is that there’s always something going on. People are always participating in different activities and intentionally inviting others to join in. It creates so many opportunities to experience real community.” - Kinzey, Current Fellow.

Monday at Impact was Life Together Split!🤍

The male and female fellows gathered separately with our leaders to grow deeper in biblical manhood and womanhood in Christ.

The ladies were hosted by the male staff and were so intentionally served — sweet drinks, snacks, fun music (yes… even the Pride & Prejudice soundtrack 🕊️✨), and time spent writing encouragement and prayer letters to one another. Let’s just say… we have some incredibly artistic and faith-filled women!

Meanwhile, the men were led by the women in staff and were treated to a full-on spa treatment— face masks, hand soaks, eye patches, the whole experience! They walked out refreshed, encouraged, and ready for the week ahead.

We are so grateful for a community that serves one another with joy and helps us grow into the men and women God is calling us to be. 💛

“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.” (Exodus 20:8-11)

This was one of the Ten Commandments given by God, but one so often passed over in our ever-busy culture. But for the next few weeks, the Fellows have been called to an experiment.

What would it mean to pause once in the week and spend time with our loving Father?

Our professor for Spiritual Formation class, Matt Dee, has challenged us to do just that. In any way we choose, we are to seperate a certain amount of time to Stop, Rest, Delight, and Contemplate. Many of us have chosen to go on nature walks, fellowship together, read books, and dive into Bible study on our Sabbaths.

Consider joining the Fellows in the challenge to Sabbath! How would you spend yours?

What a fun start to the semester! 🤗

On Monday, we had the opportunity to present a skit during Life Together: All with our international teams, with whom we worked for most of January. This was just one of the many ways we could learn from our peers about their varying experiences in Brazil, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. 🇧🇷🇿🇦🇿🇼

From creative raps to inside jokes, hilarious impressions, and more, Class 20 certainly enjoyed the entertainment, as well as the staff! Most importantly, it was an opportunity to hear about how God was working in the countries, what teams had learned throughout the month, and what aspects of the different cultures they wanted to bring back to Impact360.

We are grateful for international immersion and expectant for this upcoming semester!

Cheers! As we reflect on our trip to Zimbabwe, we realize how many incredible moments we have had as Team ZONE. Across the span of three weeks, we stayed in three locations, two countries, and worked with seven different partners. We have savored every moment, and are sad to leave this beautiful country. ✈️

The most widespread standout moment we’ve mentioned was worshipping alongside fellow believers in a different culture. We danced, sang, whistled, and clapped with the church in Zimbabwe, and we all desired to take a little part of the Zimbabwe service with us. 🎶

Our team saw a new side of God’s beautiful creation in safaris, campgrounds, rivers, dams, and the wildlife of Zimbabwe. ZONE was constantly in awe at the views surrounding us, and we scrambled to capture every moment we could. 📸

Equally beautiful were the people we fellowshipped alongside. We were so blessed to experience the smiles, laughs, and kindness of the Shona and Ndebele culture. Their demeanor directly influenced and contributed to the closeness of our team, which was simply a gift.

Overall, as ZONE leaves our Immersion trip to Zimbabwe, we look back fondly and warmly to the moments we experienced as a group. Siyabonga (thank you), Zimbabwe! 🇿🇼

From walking the streets to folding sheets, it’s been a great week at Living Hope!🕊️

For this week’s service, we’ve been working with Living Hope and the communities in Masiphumelele, Oceanview, and Capricorn. We had the opportunity to serve with Living Hope’s hospital, kids clubs, recovery center, farm, and donation center! 🏥👩‍🌾

After the devastating fire in Masiphumelele on Tuesday, our team was able to help pack hygiene packs and organize clothes that were donated for people in the community that lost everything in the fire.

It was such a joy to serve with Living Hope and see the impact that they are able to have on the community! 🤝

Hello from the ZONE! Our ministry partners have absolutely blown us away with the work they are doing in Zimbabwe. From multi-year discipleship programs to digging wells for impoverished communities, the Lord clearly has his hand over this country. 🇿🇼

We began by leading a conference at the Institute for Bible Teaching in Bulawayo. We led multiple days on discipleship, the Fruits of the Spirit, interpreting the Bible, and other important topics—leading to multiple professions of salvation. 🙌

Another incredible ministry we worked with is Ebeneezer, a multi-year agriculture intensive combined with Gospel-based discipleship. We learned how they farm chickens, grow maize, milk cows, and other farming jobs, all while learning about the Christian faith. 🐄

During each week, we worked with students at two schools, leading worship and sharing the gospel with children in various communities. 📚

We most recently worked with an organization called Grace Water, which finds communities that lack a clean water source and gifts them with one. Zone was able to come alongside them and dig a borehole, build a tank, and construct a solar interface to power it! ⚡

Overall, the ZONE team has been busy witnessing the way that God is working in Zimbabwe, and we’ve been blessed to be a small part of it. Lisale kuhle (goodbye)!

Team Llama's been busy this week! 🤸🏻🦙

During our off days, we've had the opportunity to go to various beaches in Cape Town, see penguins, and even go on an animal safari at Aquila Farms! Throughout these past few weeks, Team Llama has been able to dive headfirst into the culture of South Africa and experience God's creation firsthand! At the safari, our team had the best time seeing the unique landscape and animals of South Africa and enjoyed spending quality time together! 🐧✨

"My favorite part of the safari was the beautiful scenery we saw throughout the excursion! It was so exciting getting to see zebras and other African animals in the wild."

Team Heart has made it out of the jungle! 🐒🐊🌳

It’s crazy this trip is coming to a close. This month has been full of adventure, cultural experience, beautiful sights, spiritual growth, and missional work.🛥️🌺🏡

Our team has made it back to Brasilia for our debrief time. We have been reflecting on all of the incredible memories we’ve made, which we will be able to look back on for a lifetime.

We are so grateful for the times we’ve been able to bond together as a team, grow close with our partners, and spend time getting to know the beautiful people who live along the Amazon River. 🐠💦

As we make our travels back to the United States, please pray that we stay safe and that our travels are smooth. Pray that we will continue to reflect on all of the incredible work God has done in this trip, and that glory would be given to Him fully through everything we learned.

It is bittersweet to leave Brazil, as we’ve enjoyed this trip so much, but we are excited to travel back and share our experiences with the people in our lives at home. See you soon, thank you for the prayers! What an amazing experience!.

Ciao for now! 🇧🇷💚🇺🇸
Much love,
