Hey, participants! The Limestone 5k is now available on the Mag7 website if you would rather register online. If not, you all should have received paper copies of the registration last week. $17 for entry fee and T-shirt. Price goes up July 9th.

No class this week due to 4th I’d July but you should have your training program so you can run on your own.

We had 12 for the Bible class and about 20 for the run/walk portion Wednesday night!

Week 1 - Days 1 and 2 - of the Run for God program are complete. Our last Week 1 workout is scheduled for Monday. This workout is “on your own” but let me know when you’ve completed it. Accountability is critical in this process!

Good Evening!

Our first ever Run for God class begins next Wednesday, April 25. We will start with an introduction to the class, goal setting, a brief outline of our running/walking activities, and then a short Bible study. After the Bible study we will have our first run/walk. We will be running/walking in the large church parking lot and making a large lap around the parking lot and around the FLC.

Please come prepared for the activity by wearing running/walking clothes, comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, etc. I'm looking forward to this class and hope you are too! See you all Wednesday night.

Classes meet on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Church of Christ Family Learning Center (FLC). Our group run will begin at approximately 8:10 p.m. Our second group run will be Saturday mornings. Please feel free to join us for the Bible study on Wednesday evenings or just come for the group run.
