Today felt different. The smile that greets us. The strong alto singing from the choir stand. The tambourine playing. They were all missed. We have suffered a great loss in our Damascus family when sister Geraldine Rowdy left her earthly home yesterday. You were missed today and there will be a continuous void because you worked for the kingdom here on earth. May God keep your family and send a comforter to them as they navigate this transition.
"To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." – 2 Corinthians 5:8

We had a wonderful time fellowshipping with Barraque Street Missionary Baptist Church as they celebrated their 141st Church Anniversary. Joining together in praise and worship is a true testament of co-laboring with God. Congratulations to their ministry and the great work accomplished over the past 141 years. Thank you for the invitation, the hospitality, and the co-laboring as we work to enhance the kingdom of Christ.
