What an awesome night we had!

The students and I rolled up our sleeves and prepared a full meal from scratch; soft tacos with beef and chicken, nachos, rice, black beans, and fresh guacamole! The food was great, but the fellowship and conversation were even better.

We were also blessed by an incredible presentation from Minister Darnell Rice. The discussion was rich, insightful, and educational, and everyone left with something meaningful to carry with them.

A special thank you to the members of St. James who came out and supported the event. Your presence, encouragement, and love mean so much to our students and ministry.

We had an amazing four days in New Orleans, serving God’s people! Thankful for the opportunity to minister with other campus ministries, and we appreciate the Methodist foundation of Arkansas, Rev. Mackey Yolkem and Cathy Hall were such a blessing to us! The students got to experience fine dining, as a reward for working in the trenches !
