On Sunday, Pastor Wilson concluded the sermon series, Names That Grandmother Called God, with the message A Wheel in the Middle of a Wheel from Ezekiel 1:15–21.

In a world that often feels confusing, uncontrollable, and uncertain, we were reminded that God’s movement is never random. Ezekiel’s vision revealed that even when life does not make sense to us, God is moving with purpose, precision, and power.

We learned that God’s movement is visible when life looks confusing, guided when life looks uncontrollable, and present when life feels displaced.

No matter what challenges we face, we can trust that God is still working behind the scenes, directing every detail according to His divine plan. When we cannot trace His hand, we can trust His heart.

Have a great week!

May is considered Mental Health Awareness Month….

As we walk through life, let us remember that caring for our mental health is an important part of overall wellness.

As a church, we believe faith and practical care can work together in the journey toward healing and wholeness.

Stay connected to God through prayer and His Word. Seek professional support when needed. Nourish your body with healthy choices that support your mind. Move your body, even if it starts with a simple walk. Small steps can make a meaningful difference.

You are seen, you are valued, and you do not have to walk this journey alone.

PS…. Please consult your primary care physician for taking any supplements concerning your mental health.

Today’s Pastor Wilson message reminded us of a timeless truth from Psalm 46:1-10: when life becomes chaotic, uncertain, and overwhelming, God remains our safe place.

Storms will come. Life will shake. Pressure will rise. But our confidence as believers is not in the stability of our circumstances! It is in the sovereignty and presence of our God.

We were reminded that:

God remains our refuge when life gets unstable, when everything around us feels like it’s falling apart, God is still our secure foundation.

God remains present when the pressures become unmanageable! You are never facing your battles alone; His presence is your strength.

God remains sovereign when the situation becomes uncomfortable. Even when we don’t understand what God is doing, we can trust that He is still in control.

So whatever storm you’re facing, remember: the same God who was faithful then is faithful now.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

When life gets personal, pain gets close, and
your resources run dry, there is still hope

Jesus is present, powerful, and able.

Here is a replay of Sunday’s powerful message from John 4:46–54 as Pastor Wilson explore how faith in God’s Word can bring healing, hope, and breakthrough even in the most desperate moments.

Yesterday, Pastor M. Kriston Wilson, powerfully preached the second installment of the sermon series, “Names That Grandmother Called God,” with a timely and faith-stirring message entitled “A Doctor in the Sick Room” from John 4:46–54.

With passion and biblical clarity, we were reminded that when life becomes personal, painful, and pressing, God is still the Great Physician who specializes in what seems impossible. Through the story of the nobleman’s son, we were challenged to trust God even when the answer isn’t immediately visible.

Powerful truths from today’s message:
God receives us when our desperation is beyond our resources.
God requires us to trust Him before we witness His work.
God reveals His power when we walk in complete obedience.

What a mighty reminder that the same Jesus who spoke healing then still speaks peace, hope, and healing now! Thank God for a word that strengthened our faith and reminded us that the Doctor that makes house calls, but doesn’t have to be in the room!

Pastor M. Kriston Wilson delivered a powerful word from Joshua 3:15–17, “A Bridge Over Troubled Water.”

When life’s waters are rising and the circumstances feel overwhelming, God has a way of making a path where there seems to be none. The same God who stopped the Jordan is still able to step into our difficult moments today!

Key reminders from the message:
God becomes a bridge to interrupt our difficulties
God becomes a bridge to initiate our deliverance
God becomes a bridge to impact our destiny

Sometimes God allows difficult moments not to destroy us, but to reveal the beauty of His grace, power, and unfailing love.

If you’re facing troubled waters, be encouraged!

God is already making a way across.

To every mother, grandmother, bonus mom, godmother, and mother figure! Your impact is immeasurable, your love is unforgettable, and your presence is a gift from God.

“Her children rise up and call her blessed…” Proverbs 31:28

May your day be filled with love, joy, appreciation, and the abundant blessings you so richly deserve.
