You may have noticed some exciting positive changes at Provision Community Care Closet. This post is long overdue, but we want to officially recognize and welcome our Care Closet Coordinators.

About four months ago, Linda Cooper and Laura Baxter stepped into leadership roles coordinating the day-to-day operations of the care closet. Since then, they have worked incredibly hard sorting and organizing donations, reopening for public shopping days, responding to emergency needs, answering questions, receiving donations, and helping ensure resources continue reaching families in our community.

Linda and Laura also played a major role in helping get the School Street location up and running back in 2023, pictured here during one of the many work days that helped bring the space to life. Their dedication, compassion, and servant hearts have made a real difference, and our community is better because of their willingness to serve. We are deeply grateful for the countless hours they have poured into this work and for the care they show to others every single day.

Linda and Laura are the primary contacts for Care Closet needs, questions, donations, and emergency requests.
