Why do God's people worship? Why should our hearts be filled with joy, thanksgiving, and praise?

In Psalm 100, we are called to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, to serve Him with gladness, and to enter His presence with thanksgiving. This beloved psalm reminds us that worship is rooted in who God is and what He has done for His people. He is our Creator, our Shepherd, and our Savior. His goodness never fails. His mercy is everlasting. And His truth endures to all generations.
