What a special night at Woodland!

Last night, our Youth Pastor, Robbie Plunkett, shared his testimony with us. We are so grateful for his willingness to be open about his story and, most importantly, about God's faithfulness through it all.

One of the most powerful moments of the evening was seeing our church youth gather in prayer. This is what the church is all about. Sharing our stories. Encouraging one another. Praying for one another. And reminding each other that God is at work in every season of our lives.

Thank you, Robbie, for allowing us to know your heart a little better and for pointing us to Jesus.

We are thankful God brought you and your family to Woodland, and we are excited to see how He continues to work through your ministry here.

Not another place to rush to. A place to slow down.

A place where someone else cooks dinner. Where your children are learning about Jesus. Where your teenagers have a place to belong. Where you can sit with friends, open your Bible, and grow in your own faith.

That's the kind of Wednesday Night we are offering at Woodland.

There is something powerful about beginning again with a surrendered heart.

The Wesley Covenant Prayer reminds us that following Jesus is not simply about asking God to bless our plans. It is about placing our plans, our gifts, our struggles, and our future fully in His hands.

“I am no longer my own, but thine.”

May this be more than a prayer we read. May it become the way we live. Whatever this day holds, Lord, use us for Your glory.

By Wednesday, Sunday can feel a long way behind us.

The week gets busy. Your mind gets full. Your patience gets thin. And sometimes you simply need a place to stop, breathe, and remember what matters most.

That's what Wednesday Nights at Woodland are meant to be.

Beginning September 9, come spend the middle of your week with us. Start with Chapel Service at 5:30 PM. Worship, pray, hear God's Word, and give yourself a chance to reset and refocus on Jesus.

Then stay for supper at 6:00 PM and Bible studies, children's activities, and youth activities at 6:45 PM.

Nursery is available beginning at 5:30 PM.

You don't have to wait until Sunday to be encouraged again.

Come tired. Come busy. Come needing a reset. Bring a friend.

We'll meet you there.
