Group Leaders got the welcome letter. Here it is for the rest of us.
WELCOME to Transform Ladies Conference (TLC) 2026. Thank you for being a part of this year’s TLC.
NEW ENTRANCE FOR 2026 – When you arrive at the LeConte you will notice some construction where we normally enter, so for 2026, use the covered pedestrian bridge from the mountain lot on Jake Thomas Road to enter the LeConte (click for map). The registration counter will be located on that end of the building for 2026.
REGISTRATION – Group Leaders check in and pick up bags and conference materials BEGINNING AT 3 PM on Friday September 11 at the NEW registration counter. Group Leaders come to the registration counter to check in and pick up Bracelets, Schedule Cards, and other items. All participants are required to be registered and wear your bracelet. Your bracelet gives you access to all TLC sessions.
SECURITY – There will be visible security. Please make it easy for them to see your bracelet so that we can move everyone quickly into the conference center.
EXHIBITS – The Greenbrier Room will open an hour and a half before sessions begin. Be sure to visit these booths
SESSION ENTRY – You will be able to enter the main hall for TLC sessions 1 hour prior to session start time on your Schedule Card.
2026 THINGS TO KNOW – LeConte Center is getting a facelift and adding a new event hall. Access LeConte Center via the covered Pedestrian Bridge from the mountain parking lot. Again, see the map.
ONLINE GIVING remains in place for you to support TLC and the mission efforts that will be presented Saturday morning. To use online giving, select “Give Now” on the C*C App. If you prefer, there will also be buckets for contribution when you pick your communion up on Sunday morning. If you write a check, you can make it to TLC or C*C and mark it for “Contribution.”
DEVOTIONALS – On the TLC website, there are four devotional starters to help your group get the very most from the weekend.
TLC GEAR – There will be themed TLC items for sale during the weekend.
