unities to understand our Catholic Faith by journeying together in Christ, and building a community of prayerful and active disciples. This will be done in part by taking time to personally invest in our parish youth and families through relational ministry, and learning to become intentional disciples. How can I help? We will be looking for background checked adults to help or assist with being be small group facilitators/family group leaders as we develop and grow. We also will be looking for snack, driving, and chaperone assistance down the road. What is discipleship?
-To be a disciple is to choose to learn a discipline/skill from a Master. So in our context, it is the freewill choice to “drop ones nets”, take up your cross, and follow (or be a disciple of) Christ and His Church. Remember-PATIENCE. These things will take some time to develop. Please pray and ask for the Holy Spirit to guide our parish leaders decision making during this time!
