A Rare Opportunity for Prayer & Veneration

The Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux will welcome a first-class relic of St. John Paul II from September 18–21.

The relic contains the liquefied blood of St. John Paul II and is the only relic of its kind in the United States designated as a pilgrim relic.

Throughout its visit, the faithful will have several opportunities across our diocese to attend Mass, pray before the relic, and seek the intercession of this beloved saint.

We encourage our parishioners to take advantage of this beautiful and unique opportunity for prayer.
